Flexible Foam Polyurethane

Flexible foams result from the reaction of various chemicals. The materials produced are light weight and resilient. Varying qualities of density, hardness and resilience are a function of the raw materials used.

Polyurethane foams are open cell foams that 'breathe'. Their elasticity and thermal stability make them particularly suitable for furniture cushions and bedding and all areas where support is required with comfort.

Polyurethane foams are made in blocks called 'buns' which are then sliced as required. Flexible foams are easily cut into most shapes, including cylinders and complex profiles.
