Foam bed overlays are particularly good at providing added comfort (and warmth in winter) to a hard mattress. Often they will totally transform an unsatisfactory mattress into a comfortable sleeping surface without the large cost of mattress replacement.

These sheets of convoluted (egg crate) foam come in standard bed sizes. They are manfactured from premium quality (type 28-80) foam not found in standard overlays. They are also thicker (60mm at their peak down to 30mm) than other overlays commonly available. They are not covered.

We also offer custom cut overlays, and can provide covers if required.

Convoluted overlays range in price from around $49 (single) to $109 (king size), with additional charges for adding an optional cotton covering. These covers are available for purchase online.
