Cheap Camping Skins
When flexible foam is made, a skin forms on the surface of the bun, rather like a crust on a cake. This skin is cut off the bun with 30mm - 40mm of foam attached. The 'skins' are then cut in single, double and other sizes for use as a sleeping mat when camping or sleeping on the floor.
Skins also tend to be waterproof, as well as providing a hardy surface to lay on the ground. They can be irregular in thickess, and sometimes have surface imperfections.
In short, skins are not fancy but they are cheap!
We can custom cut skins to any size.
