Both flexible and rigid foams are used in these applications.
Flexible foam is often used in fitting out road cases, guitar, computer and camera cases. All these can be fitted on site at our factory. See the photo for the example.
Polystyrene is often used as a protective spacer in a carton or box. Like flexible foam, it too can be readily cut to the required profile to snugly fit around the objects being protected.
When transporting very fragile items both foam crumb and polystyrene beads or chips are also used.
