When is my order shipped?
Most email orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. Custom made orders would be longer We will advise you of any unusual delays.
Wholesale orders within the Perth area are delivered within 48 hours, or by agreement.
Where does Foam Sales ship to?
We are based in the Perth metro area, however we can ship to anywhere in Australia.
How do we ship your order?
We use our own company vans, toll express, Sadliers, Toll ipec, Fastway couriers and Australia Post. Please note that deliveries to interstate and some remote areas can take 5 - 10 working days (Monday to Friday). Fastway is a cheap courier option for us to use for interstate but it does usually take up to 2 weeks to arrive to your destination. Please be patient with us throughout this period. Most likely your goods have already been dispatched but a delay is sometimes incurred from something outside our control.
What about large items?
Large items can incur substantial freight charges when shipped nationally. Quotes for freight charges should be discussed prior to ordering. It is wise to obtain a quote for freight from your local carrier, as they are often cheaper than the metro carriers.
Does Foam Sales have a freight charges guide?
Deliveries to Perth Metro incur a delivery charge of between $15 and $50 depending on the size and distance of the delivery. Arrangements and costs for large items, and deliveries outside this area will also need to be discussed when placing your order. When ordering from our website, the default freight charge is based upon a parcel size of 600x600x600mm. If your order is larger than this, we will contact you regarding extra freight charges incurred before proceeding with the order.
Will I be notified when my delivery is to arrive?
Yes. We will always call to coordinate delivery. If noone can be present to receive the goods, they will be left at the front door, garage, or other agreed location.
When we use carriers some will also call to arrange a delivery time, but generally the order will arrive unannounced. However, certified delivery can be arranged.
What if the order is damaged in transit?
If an item is damaged in transit you have the option to refuse delivery if you are present at the delivery address. If you accept the order please ensure that you note on the delivery docket that the goods are damaged. Then please advise us as soon as possible, so that we can rectify the situation.
How can I track my order?
We will always notify you when your order is due to leave our premises. We will also provide an estimated, if not precise, time of arrival.
