Foam Sales' range of all-purpose safety / crash mats will absorb the shock of landing, falling and rolling during climbing, gymnastics, dance and exercise routines, athletics, and general play. They are used in climbing / bouldering centres, schools, gym, cheerleading, and dance studios, and at home.
Each mat is covered in strong tear-stop PVC which is resistant to damage, and is easy to clean. The PVC and the sewing threads we use are UV stabilised, so the mats are suitable for outdoor use. Our PVCs are also fire retardant quality. This range of mats is reversible, so can be used on both sides for added service life.
One or more pairs of handles on each side enable easy lifting. All mats have air venting in side panels to allow for air surges to escape, softening the impact of landing. The mats contain foam that provides a medium hardness, suitable for most applications. If you require firmer, or extra-soft foam inserts for your mat please advise when ordering. There is usually no extra cost for foam inserts with alternative hardnesses.

We also design and manufacture custom crash mats, bouldering and climbing wall mats, and soft-fall / safe landing mats to your custom size and specifications. Features such as straps, velcro joiners, and composite foam combinations are all available in our custom crash mats.
Standard Crash Mat Sizes:
Onsite Covering. Foam Sales' Crash Mats are shipped country-wide. In order to minimise Shipping Charges we usually ship the foam from our Partner Foam Factories in your own State. The covers are shipped separately from our WA Factory. Covers open out flat, as all covers are zipped around 3 sides, so are easily fitted over the foam onsite.
In the case of the Large and Extra Large 3600mm Crash Mats the foam is delivered to your address in 2 pieces. The foam blocks are placed side by side and then covered in the same way. The foam blocks do not need to be glued together.

Shipping. There is a fixed Shipping Charge for crash mats of $100, plus $40 per extra mat to Mainland State Capital City addresses. For deliveries to Territory, Regional and Rural addresses please contact us to confirm the delivery charge before placing your order. Lead time in normal circumstances is 2 weeks to Mainland State Capital City addresses.
