Foam Sales' plyometric boxes offer a versatile range of workout platforms offering heights ranging from 300mm to 1350mm when used as a set. They are ideal for jump training, step ups, elevated press ups and for leg, arm and core strengthening.

In sets, these boxes are perfect for gyms, fitness and health centres, ballet and cheerleading venues, schools, and for personal exercise. Each of the boxes used separately or together, can double as gym spotting boxes too.

Our Plyo Boxes are lighter weight than most yet are firm enough to take a beating. They are designed to withstand the stress of repeated jumps and bursts of exercise. The plyo box has a firm light-weight core with flexible closed cell foam layers on the top and bottom surfaces for user comfort and for impact absorption in use. They can be easily moved around and transported when required.
Plyometric Boxes come in three sizes, and can be bought as a set, or individually:
 
- 900x750x300 mm (12")
- 900x750x450 mm (18")
- 900x750x600 mm (24")

Total height when stacked is 1350mm (53")
 
Each box is covered in heavy duty PVC in order to stand up to the constant pounding they will receive. The PVC cover is also UV resistant, so can be used outside, and is easily wiped down. Colour is yellow, or any colour PVC is available as a special order at a small premium. 
 
The Plyo Boxes can be securely stacked together using the fitted hook and loop strips to prevent them from breaking apart during jumps. And the hook side provides grip on carpet surfaces too.They are stackable for optimal storage and each has two handles for easy positioning.
Foam Sales will also custom make gym plyometric boxes and spotting boxes to special order to your size and colour requirements.

Plyo boxes

Customer service from Simon is excellent. On time every time and great quality. These boxes are excellent as they are not too hard nor too soft. Just perfect for Ninja and Parkour classes. Just purchased another box again today.

Plyo boxes

I chose a stack of three boxes as we have limited space, and need very versatile equipment. These boxes are working great for a huge number of drills and skills. Solid foam for spotting and climbing on, but still gentle enough to not cause injury. Good boxes, would buy again.
