Choose from our premium 30-130 seating foam for use under the patio, or a reticulated blend created specifically for outdoor use where the mattress will be exposed to rain. While most foams do not stand up to frequent water exposure (they tend to collect water and will rot if not dried out), our outdoor blend is crafted to allow water to drain through the cushion, preventing moisture retention and rot due to fungal growth.
Covers can be sewn in standard upholstery fabrics, canvas, vinyls, and PVCs. Our sun-hardy, acrylic canvases with optional water resistance treatment are particularly popular - and we always carry large amounts of stock on hand. We are also agents for Warwick Fabrics and Wortley Fabrics, and any of the Sunbrella ranges too. So you’ll have plenty of choice when it comes to choosing your fabric.
