Rigid Polyurethane (PUR) - Boards

Sold by the sheet or block, in thicknesses from 20mm - 600mm. Density 35kg/M³.
Minimum order quantity is a half block of sheets of total 300mm thickness.

Foam Sales rigid polyurethane foam has high thermal resistance properties, making it ideal for use in building insulation. Uses include cores in structural panels for cool rooms and cold stores, insulation of piping and tanks in industrial and mining applications, and in composite panels generally. Able to withstand temperatures of up to 135°C, PUR is a relatively fire-safe choice for building structures when incorporated into the structure and protected from direct exposure.

PUR is also widely used for marine buoyancy, as it is comparatively light (30-80kg/m3) and is easily coated with fibreglass resins. Heat generated from curing fibreglass does not affect PUR, thus enabling fibreglass lamination.

Rigid PUR foam is also used extensively for moulds in the marine trades, and by sculptors and artisans, as it can be easily routed, carved and sanded.

Company doesn't ship small orders

The website allows you to purchase individual sheets online but then i got call informing me that its only possible to buy 10 sheets minimum at a time. This has caused a waste of my time and delayed my project. The website needs to be updated.

Hi Chris, I think we may have spoken to you last week. The minimum order requirement was on the product page on our website, however it was at the bottom of the page. Yes it probably could have been made easier to see. So I personally changed the page yesterday and put it near the top in red, before we received your review today.
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. GH
