How can I purchase from Foam Sales?

You can browse through our online product catalogue, and place your order online using a credit card or Paypal.  Search for a product using our search engine at top right, or contact us to place an order.

Do you sell both wholesale and to the public?

Yes we do. Please visit our physical store or our online shop to view our extensive product range. For fabricated and custom foam and polystyrene products please contact us directly.

Can you cut foam and polystyrene to my specifications?

This is our specialty! We offer a cut-to-size service for most of our products, including cushions, mattresses, polystyrene (EPS and XPS), EVA, and PE foams. Visit our cut-to-size page to view the wide range of products that can be customised to your requirements - and request a quote today.  

Do you cover cushions?

Yes, we offer a sewing service for all our cushions, wedges and mattresses. We also manufacture gym mats and coaching aids. You can bring your own fabric, or you can purchase from our range of fabrics in stock. We also offer a huge selection of indoor and outdoor fabrics by Warwick which are available on an as-ordered basis. 

Do you stock standard outdoor chair cushions?

No, we make all outdoor cushions to your specific requirements - request a quote for custom cushions.

 Do you sell offcuts?

Yes, we often have off-cuts available for purchase. Stocks vary, so come in to the store to see what we have on hand. 

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, this site is secure. We use the latest SSL (secure socket layer) technology, which ensures that all information sent to us is encrypted, and unable to be seen by any third party.

Note: We accept Mastercard , Visa or American Express either on line, or by telephone if you prefer.

What is your guarantee policy?

Foam Sales guarantees all its products to be in the best condition and as described at the time of ordering. All our Premium Foam products have a minimum 3 year warranty. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded - no questions asked. 

Any standard (stock) item (faulty, or not) may otherwise be returned to Foam Sales within 30 days for an exchange or refund - please note that this does not include items that are custom cut to your special order.

Return freight costs are to the customer's account, unless by agreement when our product is faulty or damaged. 

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all taxes are included in the listed prices on our web site. An itemised Tax Invoice will be provided with your purchase. Please note that if you have logged into our website with your wholesale code then prices displayed are GST exclusive. (Wholesale prices are plus tax.)

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible. If we have already cut or sent the item, charges will apply.

Instructions for use of foam products.

All new foam gives off some smell when removed from its packaging. Wedges, overlays, and new mattresses all can be left in the open to air for a day or two if the new foam smell is noticeable, or is likely to cause irritation.
