I procrastinated on this purchase for a long time not knowing if the insulation would be worth the expense and effort. I finally decided to buy the insulation and measured up my garage door panels as per the Foam Sales video. This helped and by far measurement is the most important and time-consuming step of the whole process. Delivery took about 10 days from order (delivered to Sydney NSW) and being well advised by email as to progress. The cut foam was delivered tightly wrapped and not damaged in any way with the outer pieces being extra protective packing (these can be used for off cuts or packing if needed). Installation was very easy. A couple of foam panels did need the end trimmed off a little, so I used a sharp box cutter (a long thin blade) and straight edge, very simple and no mess. I did however need to remove the top and bottom stiffening bars off the door in order to fit the top and bottom rows of foam, again no issue here. All up fitting took well under an hour. I also had the door spring retentioned, probably not absolutely necessary but it did make some difference when the door was disengaged from the motor. As far as ‘does the insulation work’, YES! My door is west facing and receives full afternoon sun. Last year my garaged cooked in the summer. This year it is noticeable cooler on hot days. On one day recently we had 39C in our yard and the garage stayed under 30C, no longer does the door feel like a radiator when I walk near it. I’m very happy with this purchase and recommend Foam Sales and this particular product very highly.

Very happy with the outcome after installing styrene to my garage door. It has greatly reduced the heat in the garage. Very easy to install with reasonably quick delivery. The order process is very easy once you work out the sizes you need. I highly recommend this product for the application.

I don't submit product reviews very often but I figured "credit where credit's due". As other reviewers have mentioned, it takes a little while to adjust to sleeping at an angle and sliding down the mattress a bit. Nothing extreme, just different for a week or so (for us). But it really is a game changer for people suffering from reflux or similar symptom conditions. No more of that miserable burning and grinding in your stomach, and all without having to take additional medication. It's a win win for sure! Oh! And quick delivery across to the east coast. Very happy with the foam wedge. We were quite anxious whether it would suit our bed, however, very pleased that the foam is dense enough to cope with being placed under the mattress and directly onto a slatted bed base. The wedge is firm enough and doesn’t compress or slip through the gaps created by the bed base slats. Would recommend to anyone looking to elevate their mattress.

I bought this for my chair I sit in to watch TV but it is too firm/hard for that. I am going to try it in the car but have not done so yet. It is well made so I hope I can make use of it eventually.
