Foam insulation sheets
Received damaged. Ordered 16 sheets, of which five totally written off, and two salvageable to an extent.
Left short on the job. Shipping companies fault totally, not Foamsales.

Whilst there was a misunderstanding with part of the supplied order, i received great assistance with replacing the faulty items within a very short time frame. All the panels have now been installed and were cut true to my order.

Great product and service
This foam cutter is easy to use - looking forward to all the various projects I can make with it. Instructions are brief but all you really need, except I did notice that there are no "safety instructions"...whilst common sense should prevail, there's always one who needs the obvious pointed out.

Blue Board and delivery
The board is great. The ordering experience was lovely. The delivery went OK, but only by luck; but not sure where along the chain the problem arose (I suspect the delivery company, Toll, because I know from previous experience they don't care at all) ... At ordering we made it clear that we are not here at all times and the delivery person should phone before coming out with this large package so we can make sure we're here to receive it... so naturally he just turned up and luckily I was here but I was about to step out because I had no idea he was coming. Five minutes later he would have missed me. He showed me where his instructions said "Any time after 10", and "Authority to leave", which is exactly not what we specified on our order. Who would put Authority to Leave on a package of this size, and where? Silly.

Unfortunately as Toll drivers do not have company issued mobile phones they are not obligated to call prior to delivery, very rarely does this request get fulfilled. We mark 'authority to leave' as the driver will only leave in an area they deem to be safe. If there is not somewhere safe they will bring it back to the depot and the depot will contact the receiver to make arrangements.
We are constantly trying to improve our procedures to bring our customers a reliable and affordable service, so all feedback is greatly appreciated.

Quick shipping
Great value for money, quick shipping and good communication. Have a 45 year old mower that is impossible to get an air filter for, cutting your own is the perfect solution, used a double layer. Keeping the carburettor nice and clean. Cheers

Garage Door Insulation
Panels were cut to exact size, very easy and quick to fit. About 14 days to make and deliver as website stated. Had to get the door retensioned due to the extra weight, door was due for a service anyway though.

Hi guys. Great that you can cut panels accurately to size. A couple of my panels were a little dented but I positioned them so as not to be obvious to the eye. As you would expect these dents occurred on the outside edges of the parcel.

I bought a second hand Chicco portacot and lucky found this website that sells the mattress size I needed. Good quality, no problem delivery. Happy with purchase.
Just Not Enough
I like your product but can I ofer a suggestion. Your standard product is 100mm deep.
Expand your range to include mattresses somewhere around the 125/130mm with just a touch more density. This would cater for the slightly larger than normal/average bloke/lady whose backside still go through to the base of the bed when using your standard mattress.

I've ordered 30 50mm Panels online for delivery in rural SA. The panels were delivered fast and in good condition.
Only remark re the delivery is that I didn't receive a notification of the delivery date but luckily I was at home when the truck arrived.
