Orders are usually processed within 3 days, and are often started the same day, so please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel an order. If we have already cut or sent the item, a charge will apply. When ordering items specially cut, please take care to make sure that the measurements you have supplied are correct.
What items are returnable? Any regularly stocked item is returnable with 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange - excluding shipping and handling charges. If a product is faulty or is not as described we will gladly refund your purchase. We do not normally refund your money simply because you changed your mind.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition. Refunds will not be provided on damaged or soiled items. Custom cut orders are not refundable.
