Custom Cut EPE, PE & EVA Foam

Foam Sales supplies and cuts EPE, PE and EVA foam to size for commercial, industrial and specialty applications. Choose your preferred foam grade and density, then enter your required length, width and thickness to calculate the price of your cut-to-size foam.

For more specialised requirements, we also offer single-layer profile cutting using our CNC machine. This option is suitable for straightforward, single-layer shapes and profiles.

Single-Layer Profile Cutting

To request a custom profile cut, upload a DXF file showing your required shape and dimensions. If you don't have a DXF file, our team may be able to prepare a drawing for you, subject to an additional drawing fee.
