Foam Sales' port-a-cot mattresses are firm and supportive, providing excellent comfort for your baby. They are of sufficient quality to use as your child's regular cot mattress.

Foam Sales does not join the foam, or use adhesives in our ranges of Cot Mattresses. All Custom, Large, and Small mattresses come with a zip-off poly cotton cover to allow for washing.  Fabric patterns vary from plain white to baby patterns as available, so may differ from the images displayed.

  • Large: 1040 x 720 x 40mm
  • Small: 950 x 670 x 40mm 
  • Custom Size: L x W x 40mm (please enter your size)

Lead time for delivery of standard sizes is up to 1 week. Please allow up to two weeks production and shipping time for Custom Orders.

The Large and Small mattress sizes are available in store as foam only (without covers) at $35 and $30 respectively.

Ports cot mattress

I received the mattress it fit perfectly in porto cot and looks like very good quality and the cover is great will be easy to wash

Great Custom Porta Cot Mattress

I couldn't find a portacot mattress the right size anywhere online so I ordered one custom off foamsales giving them the dimensions I needed. In two weeks I had the mattress, it's great quality and fits perfectly! I highly recommend this product.

Portacot matress

Overall happy other than the thickness of mattress at 40mmm having a option for thicker would be better

Hi Vanessa, thank you for your review. Port-a-cot mattresses are a standard 40mm thick because they need to be easily portable. It sounds like you may have preferred to order one of our standard cot mattresses (100mm thick) or a custom mattress to any thickness of your choosing.
