Foam Sales provides custom cut foam and made-to-order indoor and outdoor cushions in a range of shapes, sizes and foam grades. Whether you're replacing seat cushions, making a mattress or fitting out a boat, caravan, home or business, we can tailor a solution to your needs.

Choose foam cut to size for your own project, or customise a finished cushion with an optional Dacron wrap and fabric cover. Dacron is a polyester wadding that adds fullness, softens cushion edges and helps the fabric cover fit smoothly. We offer a range of foam grades and fabrics sourced from Warwick Fabrics.
