Foam Sales provides custom cut foam mattresses and bed overlays in a range of sizes, shapes and foam grades. Whether you're replacing an old mattress or fitting out a caravan, boat, camper, swag or spare bed, we can tailor a foam solution to suit your needs.

Choose foam cut to size or customise a finished mattress with a fabric cover. We offer a selection of foam grades, as well as optional 50 mm memory foam or convoluted foam toppers for added comfort.

Choose Your Mattress Fabric

For finished mattresses, choose from our upholstery fabric range, including indoor and outdoor options fromWarwick Fabrics, or select our in-house mattress fabrics in thick knitted fabric, cotton or bamboo fabric.
