To complement our cut-to-size foam service, we offer an optional sewing service for both indoor and outdoor cushions. We also make covers for mattresses, gym and sports mats, caravans, and boat fit-outs and more.
Covers can be sewn in standard upholstery fabrics, canvas, vinyls, and PVCs. Supply us with your own fabric, or select from our range of indoor and outdoor fabrics in stock. Our outdoor water repellant and standard canvases are particularly popular, and we carry large amounts of fabric stocks on hand. We are also agents for Warwick and Sunbrella Fabrics, ensuring that you have plenty of choice when it comes to choosing your fabric.
We will recover your old cushions too, and do repairs as well.
Piping, chair ties, and concealed and marine zips are optional extras, as is dacron wrapping, which we recommend for most seat cushions. Dacron wrapping improves the fit of the cover over the foam, creating a more rounded and finished look. It also limits wear and stretching of the fabric, prolonging the life of your cushion and cover.
