Applications for EPS sheets include thermal insulation systems for all areas of building construction, (walls, roof and sub-floor) providing thermal resistance of R1+ for each 40mm of thickness. Together with their light weight, practicality, efficiency, and economy EPS polystyrene sheets are a versatile, value-for-money product, matched possibly only by Foam Sales' Saviro XPS Blue Boards. EPS Polystyrene Foam is also used in sheet form for ceiling panels and decorative surfaces, packaging, display boards, model making and props, and for photographic reflectors.
Because of its ease of cutting into myriad shapes and profiles EPS Polystyrene sheet and block is economical and effective for landscaping and planter box fillers, concrete formwork, voids and block outs, pipe insulation, protective packaging, pontoons, floatation and buoyancy applications, and stage sets and product displays and signs. EPS Polystyrene is also widely used in the manufacture of boxes and eskis which are produced in box moulding machines.
Foam Sales' Polystyrene Sheets are available in Store and at our Perth Factory / Warehouse for sale in three densities (Standard SL, Medium M, and Hard VH grades). Standard sheet sizes are 2400x1200mm and 3600x1200mm. Sheet thicknesses range from 10mm up to 600mm.
A small Handy Sheet size of 800x600mm is also available for purchase directly from our Store, or for delivery within the Perth Region.
