Congratulations to local not-for-profit organisation Kids Are Kids on the opening of their new Sensory Xploration Hub!
Kids Are Kids provides therapy assessment and intervention services for children with developmental disabilities and delays. The organisation carries out their valuable work in a well-equipped centre in Bateman, and has recently added the new Sensory Hub in partnership with Think Fragile X. The Hub will provide a space for children to receive sensory therapy, and can also be booked out for private sessions for families and carers.
The Sensory Hub is divided into two rooms; one brighter for stimulation, and one darker for calming. Equipped with a ball pit, swings, and plenty of soft surfaces for jumping and climbing, the rooms also feature custom Foam Sales floor mats, made specially to fit the space.
We are proud to have contributed to this excellent new facility, and to work in collaboration with another long-standing W.A. business.
